What If I Need To Change My Order?

Depending upon where your order is in the fulfillment process, we may not be able to modify your existing order.  However, please call our team at 1-800-598-1571 and we will do our very best to accommodate your request. 

How Do I Track My Order?

We will send you a shipment notification email once your order has left our facility.  Your order number will be included in the email along with tracking information. 

What Payment Forms Do You Accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept payments made through Apple Pay, PayPal, and Amazon Pay.

When Can I Expect My Order?

All orders will be processed in 1-2 business days.  Our standard delivery time 3-5 business days.

Where Do You Ship?

We currently offer shipping to all U.S. states.  Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping at this time.

How Much Is Shipping?

We offer complimentary standard ground shipping. Additional charges may apply for expedited delivery services.  Please refer to our shipping policy for full details

How Do I Handle Returns or Exchanges?

What If My Watch Stops Working? 

PROStyle Watches offers a limited warranty 24 months from date of purchase.  We also extend a one year peace of mind warranty to cover repairs which are needed within one year of purchase date.  For full details please refer to our limited warranty here or contact us directly here.
